TERMS OF SALE

ORDERS & LEAD TIMES

  • For pieces that are Ready to Ship, we aim to dispatch within 2 days.
  • For Made to Order items, please allow up to 10 weeks for production.
  • If you need a piece sooner, email us at customerservice@marinaskia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped fully trackable and fully insured.
  • All deliveries require a signature so please state an address where someone will be present to receive it.
  • All orders will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope or box. Inside, the jewellery will be carefully packaged in a wooden box.
  • If your order is for a gift and you would like a personal message to accompany the package, please contact us directly at customerservice@marinaskia.com.

U.K. ORDERS

  • Shipping is free within the U.K.
  • Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed or FedEx.
  • This service will normally take 1-2 working days to reach you once the item is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DUTIES: Please be aware that any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping cost is £50 for international orders below £1000 and free for orders above £1000.
  • Orders are dispatched using Priority Airmail with FedEx.
  • This service will normally take 1-3 working days to reach you once the item is dispatched. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 30 days.
  • We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original box.
  • Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.
  • Items that have been customised at the customer’s request, including all made to order pieces, bespoke items, and ready to ship pieces with added personalisation such as engraving, are non-refundable.
  • When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensuring that the item will arrive in perfect condition, properly packaged and safely delivered or returned to us. We advise you use recorded service for any returns.
  • Once we receive the piece, we will inspect it and inform you if your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

REPAIRS

  • We advise that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Repairs are free for the first 6 months only in the case that an item is faulty.
  • If damage is caused by mishandling the jewellery, then repairs are chargeable during the 6 month period after the purchase.
  • Beyond 6 months, all repairs are chargeable, with quotes provided on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to refuse repairs for items that have been altered by another jeweller.
